Sonic Pole Inspection
The backbone of A.E.S.’ services is Wood Utility Pole Inspection. The founders of American Energy Services helped pioneer the Sonic and Bore method of Pole Inspection more than 40 years ago.
Since American Energy Services first year, 1984, we have non-destructively tested millions of poles, saving our clients millions of dollars. This is due in part to the utility industry's growing acceptance of Sonic Testing and also because of vigorous efforts by A.E.S. to promote this alternative to hammer-sounding, excavating and boring.
There are some new "non-destructive" pole inspection methods being promoted. We say "welcome to the 21st century"
The founders and owners of American Energy Services have been involved with Sonic Testing (truly non-destructive) for nearly 50 years. Contact A.E.S. for the real story of non-destructive testing.
